What are the Payment Options ?

3. You can pay to our business account using Transpact.com as the escrow service.
Payment , and all applicable delivery charges need to be made in advance.
Why buy and sell using Ferno Time?
We specialise in providing a modern, luxury service for people investing in fine watches, especially pre-owned Panerai. We work very hard to ensure the prices we offer, both for the sale of our stock and for the buy-in of watches, are extremely competitive.
What is the returns policy?
For complete confidence when purchasing online or on the phone, we give you 14 days to return a watch you aren't happy with for a full refund. Enjoy the convenience of purchasing from the comfort of your own home, without the worry of complicated returns. For more information on how to return a watch, please get in touch at contact@fernotime.com.
Refunds will be given minus any shipping costs. Any non-UK taxes and Duties cannot be refunded.
How do I sell my watch to Ferno Time?
Selling your watch to Ferno Time couldn’t be easier. Once you have submitted an initial query telling us the brand, series and model of your watch, we will send you an estimate. You can then send us your watch, where we will inspect and issue you a final offer. If you’re happy with this, we will transfer the money into your account via BACS. We also use Transpact.com as an escrow service if you would prefer that route.
Can I part exchange a watch?
If you’re looking to upgrade to a different watch, you can use your current timepiece in part exchange simply by contacting us. It will be a combination of the buying and selling service, but it won’t be a painstakingly long process!
